Iran is prepared to resume atomic talks with Washington on condition that it is approached with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has declared.

The Iranian diplomat said only diplomacy worked, and revealed fresh requests had been made by intermediaries to reopen negotiations with the American leadership. He said Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Iran was not yet able to permit the global atomic watchdog to access struck enrichment centers for protective measures.

Walking a Difficult Route
